  • Local anaesthetic complications
  • Deep Venous Thrombosis and Pulmonary Embolus
  • Fat embolism
  • Nerve injury
  • Atelectasis and pneumonia
  • Patients with a tendency toward Keloid scars
  • Patients with unrealistic expectations
