After calf augmentation, you can expect immediately noticeable results.

Bruising and redness at the incision areas and swelling are normal. You may feel some discomfort for a few days but your prescribed medication will help.

Try and stay off your feet for as much as possible and elevate your legs. Avoid alcohol and follow a nutritious diet.

Scarring is quite well hidden behind the knee and will fade to be barely visible if at all in time.

Recovery will take up to 2 weeks and you may need crutches for a while. After about 4 – 8 weeks you can resume your normal routine under my advice.
